Tantra & Sexual Transmutation.
The reflection of our own being, our very essence rooted in the Divine, is found as a reverberation within our sexual energy, right here, right now.
Sexual energy retained is fuel for your entire being, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, it builds your personal creative capacity, power and purpose. It feeds the cells, the body systems and can dramatically improve brain chemistry. In order to experience this, it is necessary to free the body/mind matrix of obstruction to a degree and to teach the body and mind a new way.
The nervous system should be settled, the body relaxed and the blood appropriately energized.

The doctrine of sexual transmutation does not belong to any particular school, religion or teaching, it's everywhere, but almost everywhere it has been lost or degenerated and people don’t understand the hidden meaning in the stories anymore. This is changing, fast.

If we are going to talk about sexual transmutation, we need to know exactly what sexual energy is. Normally, whether we think about it or not, the general understanding of what sexual energy is has to do with the chemicals and hormones in our body, but from an esoteric perspective or understanding, sexual energy is a lot more than just molecules or hormones or material or fluids.
We must understand that sexual energy really is the essence of our life, it is also a reduction of all the factors of our life, coming in and reducing to an extract, which is our sexual energy.
It is in our blood and that reduction infuses our life energy and determines the quality of our sexual and life energy.
Transmuting sexual energy harmoniously yields joy and childlike delight.
The way sexual energy is reduced to what is within us at this moment, starts with the Mula Prakriti, a Sanskrit word for the cosmic origin of nature, the root from which everything originates.
It is a base, super abstract, undifferentiated energy from which everything emerges.
It is different layers of subtle energy descending in frequency until it reaches the physical, till it reaches us, and everything in nature. Everything manifested in this 03rd dimensional reality as a descending differentiation of subtle energies and forms all the way to the physical.
The Mula Prakriti descends into a more manifested state called Prana, another Sanskrit word which means life force, it means the great breath, this is the universal vitality which then gets differentiated into the Akasha and into the Ether, which is subdivided into the four elements, and from there we have the chakras, the reason we are concerned with these energy centers is because they are the place where energy is transformed from the more subtle into the more external concrete dimensions we are used to, into our physical body and experience.
The main chakras are like a vortex of energy each associated with an endocrine gland, at that interface there between the chakra and the gland or the chakra and a certain organ, there is an energy exchange where life force is coming into the body.
It’s this interplay here between our physical body and the energy body or Chi that interfaces with more subtle aspects, receiving Prana from the Mula Prakriti.
The basic thing to understand here is that there is cosmic energy coming down into our system, the cosmic energy is coming down through the endocrine glands and the endocrine glands excrete certain chemicals and hormones into the blood. Our sexual energy is a reduction of certain aspects of our blood.
Sex magic requires the fuel of sexual energy
and the quality of fuel is important too.
Another way is food, we eat food, we take in the stuff of that food from the small intestine and that goes into our bloodstream and that is a reduction into our sexual energy.
Our breathing, we breath in for gaseous exchange of CO2 for oxygen and those oxygen molecules attach themselves to red blood cells to feed the cells, they energize the blood for optimal physiological processes while energizing and freeing the subtle matter.
Finally, the descension or condensation of impressions of life, so when we are experiencing things, impressions are left on our psyche and there is a physiological response, for example stress chemicals are released during acute and sustained stress.
That is going to affect the blood.

For the sexual organs to become appropriate for sexual union the blood enters the vessels, our blood is strongly associated with our sex. Sexual energy is a culmination of all these factors, a potent reduced extract of all these factors and needs to be understood as that.

We say energy because beyond all those physical aspects, the physical vessel, there is what we can call the soul and the spirit of that energy which are more subtle superior aspects of sexual energy. Just like we have a body, a soul and a spirit, so we have aspects of the sexual energy that are related to those. Ultimately, we should understand that the sexual energy is our creative energy, all mental, emotional and sexual expression at some refinement is also sexual energy.
Those more subtle or vital aspects are very important, the spiritual aspect is related to the Divine instructions, the divine archetypes which allow us to develop to our full potential. Like an acorn seed contains within it instructions to become a gigantic oak tree.
But more than physical development it allows us to develop our soul.
The image of truth is deposited within our sexual energy, the Divine blueprint all the way from the Mula Prakriti, the reflection of our own being, our very essence, which is rooted in that Absolute abstract space, is found as a reverberation within our sexual energy, here and now.

With this understanding of sexual energy, what do we do with it?

There are ways for sexual energy to flow within us that are different from if we had to orgasm, if we are to orgasm or ejaculate doesn’t matter which, energy is going out of the body, its being removed, if you want to practice sexual transmutation, if you want to experience the potential of that, then you need the material to work with.
The sex energy travels primarily up two energy channels in the body one is solar one is lunar, in ancient esoteric Christianity they are known as Adam, solar and Eve, lunar, in the Veda’s they are known as Ida and Pingala and by different names in other traditions. These two channels are polarized, and they are connected from the gonads or sex organs to the nasal cavities right next to the brain.
In the same way that when we eat food and the body knows what to do with it, when we retain sexual energy, the body knows what to do with it. When the energy is emitted, no transmutation occurs, and the energy channels are not employed.
If we want to develop ourselves alchemically, if we want to know sex magic, if we want to illuminate and shift our perception and experience, activate more of our human potential, we must have the fuel.
The doctrine of sexual transmutation considers it a very bad idea to deny the sexual force, teaching the circulating of sexual energy once a day, as solar energy descends into us daily, engaging a cool flame of pleasure as a powerful and purposeful ritual and transmuting it with sincere intention.
This sort of movement of energy is dependent on sincerity, it is not simply a mechanical inevitability if practiced. Our intentions carry frequency and energetic form, and certain kinds of energetic form and frequency are required to aid the movement up the channels. This is a liberation of the dense or crude creative energy which then collects in the superior worlds, and we become more aware, more knowing, more joyful, more physically and spiritually alive and vital…surer and clearer, filled with the Amrita, the Divine elixir of life…physically and mentally optimized and able to more effortlessly manifest our truest or highest desires.
