We can absolutely effect change from the level of form, and it has been my life to learn this meaningfully so through bodywork, and yet as I continue to learn, it is highly effective when we work purely at the level of vibration.
When working physically with the body we are also affecting frequency, vibration and the underlying patterns, using the physical body and it's responses and tensions as an access point.
When working remotely, the access point changes, its subtler and more pliable, sensual energy can be mobilized more harmoniously, and with more Grace.
